Terms of use

This site provides shipment preparation information and receives quote requests. Its pages and tools are informational only; they are not customs or legal advice, a clearance approval or a final quote.

Use the information to prepare your request

Use the guides, reference pages and tools to organize questions and records for shipment review. A checklist is a starting point. A tool result does not establish eligibility, approve goods or authorize a crossing. Product classification, valuation, permits and the suitable procedure are reviewed for the actual shipment.

The quote request and customs filing

Mexico Customs Broker receives and reviews your request. Sending the form does not confirm that a service has been accepted or that goods may travel. A customs specialist will contact you about your request. The filing is made by a licensed agente aduanal (Mexican customs broker); ask about the proposed filing arrangement before booking shipment services.

Sources and changes

Official source links accompany regulatory information. Publications can change, and a summary may not cover every provision or exception. The rules-page review date records when its sources were checked; it is separate from the effective dates of the listed publications. Ask the customs specialist to review the current rules for your goods, origin and route.

Actual costs and service scope

This site does not publish or calculate duty rates, tax rates, fees or cost figures. Actual costs come from the customs broker in the quote. Ask what the quote includes, what documents are needed and how changes to shipment information affect the proposed service scope.

Your details and privacy

Describe the shipment accurately and provide contact details for a response. Keep identification numbers, sensitive records and documents outside the form. The privacy notice explains request handling, transfer to the customs broker, Formspree and analytics choices. Use its privacy-rights form for questions about your data.

Other sites and updates

Official-source links and Mexico Car Import open separately maintained sites. Review their information and notices when you use them. Updates to these terms are published here. For a shipment question, use the quote form; for a data question, use the privacy request form.
