E-commerce and courier shipments to Mexico
Request a review of your courier shipment before relying on a simplified clearance route. We review the goods, shipment pattern and delivery plan, including what happens if formal clearance needs to be considered.
Describe the parcel and the business model
Tell us what is sold, who receives it and whether this is one parcel or recurring sales. Include quantity, origin, approximate value, courier and any shipment already held for document questions.
Ask which procedure fits
Bring questions about simplified courier procedures, exclusions and formal pedimento (customs declaration) handling to the review. The current RGCE (foreign trade rules) are the reference; this page publishes no value cutoff or general parcel entitlement.

Keep product compliance in view
Ask whether classification or NOM (Mexican official standards) checks need attention before dispatch. Secretaría de Economía publishes the NOM framework; a parcel label does not supply a product review.
- Keep product specifications, invoice and quantities available.
- Identify who answers courier questions and who pays any separately quoted handling.
- Explain customer delivery commitments and the plan for returns.
