Tools, machinery and equipment for Mexico

Request a review of your one-off equipment shipment before it leaves. Describe the machine, its condition and intended use so we can review the product and route together.

Give the equipment a clear description

List tools, generators, appliances and machines separately. Keep manufacturer, model, specifications, power source and approximate value ready. Explain any accessories or spare parts included in the same shipment.

Review the product questions

Ask about the fracción arancelaria (tariff classification), NOM (Mexican official standards) checks and any condition-specific restrictions. The official NOM reference is a starting point for review, not a finding that a standard applies to your equipment.

Official reference: Secretaría de Economía: NOM rules

Plan how it moves

Describe size, weight, current location, destination and intended crossing point. Tell us if you will carry it yourself or use freight or courier. A loading requirement or tight delivery date belongs in the notes.

  • Explain whether the item is new, used, refurbished or incomplete.
  • Keep invoice, photos and specifications available for later review; do not upload them here.
  • If the shipment belongs to a company, use the business form instead.
